Cycling at Taman Pertanian

today i went to Shah alam taman pertanian with my classmates .. we had fun there.. i brought my sis .. we cycled around the place..
it felt like a jungle.. with road path.. i love the cycle down the hill.. it’s so fun got wind blowing my hair.. but i have to slow down cos i have to wait for my sis..

and also i dun like climbing up the slopes.. haha..

after that we stopped at a 4 season room… it was freezing cold there… my hands were numb..
we wore shorts and shirt and went into the room.. it as -2 to -7 ZOMG.. is cold.. and wee keep taking pics there haha.. too bad i dun have camera.. all my pics with my classmates.. kekeke

after that we cycled sommor and it started to rain… and we had to stop a side…

the rain stopped and we went back already .. so fun.. but i think i’ll be sick tmr… i kena a lot of rain.. so did my sis… gotta eat more lingzhi today..

aat night i went for a gathering at morac track.. is a breifing for the new years eve Rave party… OMG.. now only i know that the drifters and club owners are going to be on the track runnning for 50 hours non stop!!… from 31 to 2 jan!! OMG!!.. mana boleh tahan!! haha

they wanna make guiness world record… GAMBATTEE Lol!!

Spot Light: Tune in for adrenaline

x-tuned is astro’s latest reality-based show on the soupedup world of highly-competitive motorsports

There are reality TV shows and there are reality TV shows.

Some invoke tears and emotions from viewers while others are highly competitive in nature or are produced just for entertainment sake.

The latest locally-produced show is an offering by Astro, titled X-Tuned, which premiered on Astro Ria (Channel 4) last night.

Based on the first episode, it is a programme that promises to have the surprises and twists of other shows, yet be educational at the same time.

But that is to be expected, coming from the region’s leading cross-media operator with direct-to-home satellite television services, whose reality programmes have included what must be the most successful and best-followed of them all, Akademi Fantasia.

In case you missed the introductory episode, X-Tuned is about aspiring car enthusiasts, who in the coming weeks, will be pitting their skills behind the wheel of their modified vehicles in the adrenalinepumping world of motorsports.

Last night, host Raja Ahmaddin Razman Sultan Idris Iskandar Shah introduced the concept and objectives of X-Tuned, and the identities of the 24 participants.

Better known as Raja Razman (above centre), this 31-year-old member of the Perak royalty is a newcomer to the broadcasting world.

But he is no stranger to motorsports as he is an established kart racer, having been racing since 1991.

More importantly, he has made his programme hosting debut with the vision of developing himself as a top promoter of motorsports in the country.

The next 12 episodes — episode two to 13 — will also be aired on the same channel every Monday at the same time, except Jan 1 due to the New Year, until the final instalment on March 19, 2007.

In each episode, two participants will fight it out in either drag race, drifting or car park rally, vying for the RM3,000 prize money offered in each race.

Interestingly, the participants came from diverse backgrounds, from workshop operator to photographer, from student to engineer.

Next week’s episode two (Dec 25) will see the first two participants getting involved in drifting.

But as in other reality programmes, viewers will also be presented with highlights on the participants’ brackgrounds and lifestyle, and how they have prepared their cars for the challenge.

That would be exciting, seeing how their street cars were souped up to ensure they are track-ready, all done within the provisions of the various regulations on motorsports.

In fact, the actual costs involved in these modifications would also be made known to viewers.

Episode three (Jan will see two aspiring racers compete in a car park rally, which, by the way, does not involve speed alone but proper driving techniques as well.

And things will get even more exciting in episode four (Jan 15) which will showcase how the only two female participants measure up to the challenges of X-Tuned.

Just watch how Leona (Leona Chin Lyweoi) and Jane (Cheah Kah Jane) try to outwit one another behind the wheel in a drifting event.

“I like cars and I love to race,” said Leona, 20.

“Besides being able to improve my driving skills, I also learned some new moves in drifting and drag by participating in XTuned.”

Jane (right), 29, said: “I’ve been involved in car racing for several years.

So, I see X-Tuned as a platform for me to improve my skills and, at the same time, pursue my hobby.”

On the show, Leona will be driving a red Nissan 180SX while Jane will be in a silver Nissan Laurel C33.

Both cars have their engines souped up and interiors heavily customised for the duel.

X-TUNED is aired on Astro Ria every Monday (except Jan 1) at 10pm
